Personal
Chun is 5’4” and started playing golf at the age of 5. Chun has been making news ever since she started winning international tournaments at age 7. The daughter of a longtime commentator for JTBC Golf Channel in Korea, Chun was sometimes featured on the channel’s golf lesson programs even in her junior years. In 2018, Chun turned pro and was the youngest player on the Symetra Tour. The 17-year-old was not able to earn an LPGA Tour card there, but she did manage to finish tied for 13th in the Q-Series to earn an LPGA card. In 2019, she was the youngest player on the LPGA Tour. Her hobbies include drawing and photography.
