Grewal first picked up golf at 8 years old and was coached by her father, Ashoak Grewal, once she wanted to pursue the sport professionally. As a child, she played in U.S. Kids Golf World Championships and American Junior Golf Association tournaments. She graduated pre-med from Clemson University in 2023.
